Zach has been busting up the sidewalk in front of our house this week, because he’s going to eliminating it and pouring a new sidewalk in a different area. I’ve been scouring teh interwebs looking for some good, warm, nice dog houses for Rollo this winter. We have been letting her sleep in the garage, but she can’t come and go as she pleases and she hate’s that. We need to find a nice big dog house with some insulation so that she can be comfortable and have her freedom this winter. I’ve even been looking into dog house heaters and heating pads for her. If it gets too cold of course she’ll have to come in the house, but she’s a country dog and it would be a mess. She hates being confined.

I was at my dentist’s office a few weeks ago to have some repair work done to a crown. When I got there, the receptionist had a very difficult time locating my file among what looked like a large, overstuffed and poorly organized filing system. Yesterday Zach and I took a nice meandering drive. We do this quite often on Sundays, and since it was sunny out this weekend, it was a perfect day. We actually drove with a destination in mind this time, we went to a local flea market, but it was severely over crowded and stinky and hot inside, so we left relatively early in the day, and just came home to have dinner and watch a movie before bed.

I was just talking to my boyfriend yesterday about how I kind of like sleeping with the furnace off, as long as I can keep my feet warm, because I find it easier to sleep with cooler air in the room to breathe. Of course, this morning I woke up in a room so cold I swear I could have seen my own breath (exaggerating a little here probably). So much for that. I guess tonight we’ll have some heat and I’ll just have to put a fan near me to keep the air circulating. Why am I so picky about temperatures?!
